Refund Eligibility

Time Limits

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Once your return is received and inspected, ARVEXON will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5–7 business days.

Request Process

1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the product securely using a trackable shipping method.
4. Await confirmation once your item has been inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Conditions & Exclusions

The following conditions apply:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Customized, personalized, or final sale items are non-refundable.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for refund.
• Digital products or downloadable materials cannot be refunded once accessed.
